I visualize a world where Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease are no more, where we know enough to stop the disease from taking hold and we keep all our cherished memories and remember the faces of our loved ones.

My Mission is to make that vision a reality, by sharing the strategies, science and research to help women know how to look after their brain health and maintain their cognitive function throughout life.
MY WHY
Since my father died from Alzheimer's disease in 2020 I have been on a mission to find ways of reducing my own risk of developing it.
Having witnessed first hand the devastation the illness causes, I knew I couldn't just sit back and wait for it to happen to me.
I couldn't believe there was nothing I could do to help myself.
As an osteopath, I am trained to get to the root cause of problems, not just treat the symptoms.
Never is this more important than when we think about Alzheimer's disease.
Through my love of reading, research and investigation I discovered all the information, guidance and advice already available.
I was amazed at the incredible scientific discoveries which have already been made, but most people aren't aware of.
Discoveries which show how important our daily lifestyle choices are in creating our future health.
I knew that if I could make a difference in my own life, so I can live with a healthy brain, then there must be other women also wanting to do the same.
That is why I am dedicating myself to sharing this information with other women, so together we can build stronger brains, and live without the fear of developing Alzheimer's disease.
I love making the complicated science accessible to everyone, designing health care plans for women to transform their health, and demonstrating how to develop and keep a healthy brain for years to come!
