My heart centred mission comes from profound personal experience of brain disease.
I lost my Dad to Alzheimer’s in 2020. Watching him disappear, bit by bit, was devastating, but it lit a fire in me to make sure I didn't experience the same fate.
Fueled by this terrible loss, I delved into the research around Alzheimer's, the science and the proof, and discovered that reducing my risk was absolutely possible.
I transformed my health, my life and my mindset, and I know I am doing the best I can to avoid getting Alzheimer's disease.
And my mission now is to help other women, like you, do the same in their lives, so they can feel the same confidence I do about their brain health and their future health.

This is not a webinar, this is a 3 day, fully immersive, interactive, virtual, live event. That means you don't have to travel to take part. You don't have to pay for an expensive hotel. You can do this event from the comfort of your own home. You get a front row seat with me, and I get to talk to you directly as well. Don't worry if you are not very tech savvy. This is an online, virtual event, but if you can click a link and watch a video, you're all set. We'll send simple instructions beforehand and support you if you need help getting online
