Hi, I'm Elizabeth!

Alzheimer's Prevention Expert, Brain Health Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Registered Osteopath

It is hard to believe that just 15 years after this photo was taken, we lost my Dad to this awful disease.

Which is why my reasons for doing this work are deeply personal and heart-centred.

It comes from my family's own personal experience with Alzheimer's disease.

I understand first hand how devastating the disease is, as we saw over the years how it gradually took pieces of our Dad, his personality, his independence and, of course, his memories.

Fuelled by this terrible loss, it lit a fire in me to do everything I could to reduce my own risk.

Thinking my kids might go through the same experience as I did was unimaginable.

I delved deep into the latest research, science and data and discovered the main strategies that significantly reduce our risk.

I introduced them into my life, transforming my own health, brain health and mindset.

Because now I know I am doing the best I can to reduce my own risk.

And I decided I didn't just want to know about Alzheimer's prevention, I wanted to teach prevention and share the strategies.

My mission now is to help other women, like you, to do the same in your own life.

By sharing the science-backed lifestyle habit shifts you need to make to keep you brain healthier for longer.

My pain became my passion, and I am absolutely passionate about helping women reduce their Alzheimer's risk.
